September Journal: Book launch and author platform
September has been all about Eclipse of Avarice. As I geared up for the release of Book One in “The Prince of Hellscape Series”, I also adapted my social media strategy and author website.
It's been hard work getting Eclipse of Avarice ready to launch. Getting the cover design done has been a real pain. After many revisions, it’s finally done. I’ll share the book cover soon!
As mentioned before, I rewrote several sections of the supernatural suspense thriller. It took longer and was more difficult than expected, but I'm sure these revisions will improve the story.
I plan to release Eclipse of Avarice in the first week of November! In the series debut, Luminael Morningstar, and Crowley have settled down in Las Vegas. Just as they carve out their niche in Sin City, a ruthless adversary plunges them into a nightmare that threatens to consume them both.

Strengthening my author platform
I had to address a frustrating bug on my author website. On pure coincidence, I noticed Google wasn’t using my meta descriptions for my posts. Once my web designer fixed the problem, I had to rewrite my meta descriptions.
I also refined my social media strategy. Although I regularly post on X/Twitter and Facebook, there’s room for improvement. Thus, I started to use branded images to create a cohesive look for my posts. At least, I can now use Canva to design professional-quality graphics.
