The Prince of Hellscape Series: Title reveal
Editing my upcoming supernatural suspense thriller has been both exciting and challenging. But now I’m ready to reveal the title and launch date for book one of “The Prince of Hellscape Series”.
I hope you’ve had a wonderful summer—or winter—if you're in the Southern Hemisphere! My summer has been a whirlwind of activities. Between spending time with family and friends and enjoying the sunny weather, finding time to write “The Tales from the Omniverse” was a challenge. Still, I made progress on several projects, and I have exciting news to share.
Name of The Prince of Hellscape's Book One
First and foremost, I’m thrilled to announce that Book One in “The Prince of Hellscape Series” will be titled Eclipse of Avarice.
In this series debut, Luminael Morningstar, the prince of Hellscape, has settled in Las Vegas with his loyal companion, the daemona Crowley. Just as they carve out their niche in Sin City, a cunning and ruthless adversary shatters their illusion of peace.
When a serial killer targets victims connected to them and their casino, Luminael and Crowley are plunged into a nightmare that turns their lives upside down. As the daemonic duo becomes the primary suspects, they must evade both the authorities and the henchmen of one of the victim’s vengeful fathers.
The malevolent presence stalking them draws nearer, pushing Luminael and Crowley to their limits as fugitives. Desperate and cornered, they form uneasy alliances with those who would see them dead. But in a war against an ancient evil, trust is a double-edged sword, and betrayal lurks around every corner. In the end, only the strongest can emerge from the fiery crucible of conflict.
Eclipse of Avarice’s release date
As of now, I’m planning to publish Eclipse of Avarice in the first week of November! While this is a few weeks later than I initially intended, the additional time is necessary to ensure every aspect of the launch comes together perfectly.
The main delay has been finalizing the cover design. My designer and I had difficulty agreeing on a concept that captured the essence of this supernatural suspense thriller, which led to a few schedule changes.
Additionally, while proofreading the manuscript, I ‘discovered’ sections that I wasn’t satisfied with anymore. The time to rewrite those sections required more time and effort than I expected, but I believe these changes will significantly enhance the story.
I’d rather take the time to deliver a polished, high-quality book than rush to meet a deadline and compromise on the final product. Ultimately, the goal is to make Eclipse of Avarice as strong as possible—and I’m confident the extra time will be worth it!
