Special Agent Nathaniel Colt was looking forward to a few hours of dancing before hooking up with a beautiful woman for a night of passionate fun.
Yet, here he was, reading his pursuer’s aura. In his dalliance with Charlie, Nate had forgotten about the creep who had shown an unhealthy interest in the same woman.
With a sigh, Nate extended the baton and swished it a few times, hoping the hum would intimidate his opponent. If he attacked, though, Nate would show no mercy, because he was the only obstacle between the creep and his object of obsession, Charlie.
